Programs and Pathways
The Thrive phase focuses on growth, consistency, and building confidence through structure and responsibility. Women in this stage are required to be employed, maintaining regular work while continuing to strengthen life balance and accountability. Clients meet with staff three times per week and attend three community recovery meetings to stay connected, supported, and grounded in their recovery network.
This phase emphasizes financial stability and independence, with staff providing guidance in budgeting, savings, and long-term planning. Clients also continue attending groups, refining communication, and developing self-care routines that support work-life balance. The Thrive phase typically lasts 2–4 months, depending on individual progress and readiness for the next stage.
Requirements:
Active employment, consistent attendance at recovery and group meetings, continued abstinence, and active participation in budgeting and financial accountability.
The goal of Thrive is to help women strengthen independence through structure — learning to manage responsibilities, maintain employment, and build a foundation for sustainable, empowered living.
The Rise phase is where the recovery journey begins — a supportive and structured environment designed to help women stabilize and build a foundation for long-term success. This stage includes daily morning meetings with staff, connection with peers, and hands-on guidance to help residents develop healthy routines and confidence.
The Rise phase typically lasts 30–60 days, depending on each woman’s progress and readiness to transition into the Thrive phase. During this time, clients focus on building consistency, exploring employment opportunities, and establishing accountability.
Participants attend three community recovery meetings each week, engage in daily meetings with staff, and follow structured curfew and house expectations. The focus is on job searching, maintaining sobriety, and showing consistent engagement in both personal growth and the recovery community.
By the end of this stage, residents begin to find balance, confidence, and direction — the groundwork needed to truly thrive.
The Empower phase represents full independence within a supportive community. Women in this stage are stably employed, managing their schedules, budgets, and recovery commitments with minimal staff oversight. Clients meet with staff once per week for ongoing accountability and attend three community recovery meetings to maintain connection and balance.
This phase focuses on leadership, goal completion, and preparing for transition to independent living. Residents begin mentoring newer clients, demonstrating integrity and consistency in their recovery. Staff provide guidance in long-term planning, housing applications, and financial readiness. The Empower phase typically lasts 2–4 months, depending on individual goals and transition readiness.
Requirements:
Active employment, consistent attendance at recovery meetings, continued abstinence, and participation in financial and transition planning.
The goal of Empower is to help women sustain their independence, embody the principles of recovery, and confidently step into the next chapter of life with self-trust, stability, and purpose.
